TEREA sticks work in IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i devices and in nothing else. HEETS work in the older blade devices and not in ILUMA. The two are not interchangeable, and the reason is how each device heats the stick.

Why TEREA only works in ILUMA
Each TEREA stick has a small metal heating element inside it, and only IQOS ILUMA and ILUMA i devices are built to heat it. Do not use TEREA in IQOS 3 DUO, IQOS ORIGINALS or any other blade device. Do not take a stick apart or swallow any part of it.
ILUMA devices warm the tobacco from inside the stick by induction. A blade device has a heating blade that the stick is pushed onto, and a TEREA stick is not built for that. The manufacturer warns that using TEREA in IQOS 3 DUO or earlier devices may damage the device.
Every TEREA origin fits every ILUMA
The country a carton was made for does not change the stick. TEREA from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Indonesia, Italy, Switzerland, the UAE and Japan all work in all six devices above.
Session length
A stick lasts up to 6 minutes or 14 puffs, whichever comes first. On the ILUMA i models, FlexPuff may add up to 4 puffs within the same 6 minutes.
