These terms apply when you use this site or order from Buy Terea Dubai.
Who can order
You must be 18 or over. Our products contain nicotine, which is addictive, and are intended for adults who already smoke or use nicotine.
Products and prices
Prices are in UAE dirhams. TEREA prices are per carton of 10 packs, 200 sticks, and device prices are per device. We name the origin of every TEREA product; the pack language and health warnings are those of that market. Prices and availability can change.
Orders
You can order on this site or on WhatsApp. Orders are subject to availability.
Delivery and payment
Delivery times, hours, charges and the ways to pay are set out on the delivery and payment page.
Returns and warranty
You can return an unopened order within 24 hours of delivery, and IQOS devices carry a warranty of one year. The rules are on the returns and refunds page.
