IQOS ILUMA i PRIME is the top model of the ILUMA i range. It uses the same holder and has the same features as ILUMA i, in an aluminium pocket charger with a wrap cover. It belongs to the second ILUMA generation, which the manufacturer launched in Japan in March 2024.
Like ILUMA i, the holder has a touch screen, Pause Mode for up to 8 minutes, FlexPuff and FlexBattery. What you pay extra for is the charger: an aluminium body closed by a wrap cover instead of a lid.

Which sticks it takes
These devices heat TEREA sticks, which have a small metal heating element inside. The device warms the tobacco from within the stick by induction, so there is no blade, and the manufacturer states there is no tobacco residue and no cleaning. They do not take HEETS. Do not use TEREA sticks in IQOS 3 DUO or earlier devices: the manufacturer warns this may damage the device.
