We deliver TEREA sticks and IQOS ILUMA devices across the UAE. This page sets out how long delivery takes in each emirate, the hours we deliver, what it costs and how you pay.

Delivery hours
We deliver from 7 am to 12 midnight, Dubai time. An order placed outside these hours is delivered from 7 am.

You can mix any flavours, origins and devices in one order. The charge is worked out on the total of the order.
How to order
- On this site. Add what you want to the cart, go to checkout and enter your address and phone number.
- On WhatsApp. Send us what you want on WhatsApp +971 52 590 5493. Your cart on this site can write the message for you: open the cart and choose “Send this order on WhatsApp”.
How you pay
There are three ways to pay.
- Cash on delivery. Pay the rider in cash when the order arrives.
- Card on delivery. The rider carries a card machine, so you can pay by card at the door.
- Payment link. If you would rather pay online, ask on WhatsApp and we send you a payment link.
With cash or card you pay nothing until the order is at your door.
Returns and warranty
You can return an unopened order within 24 hours of delivery. An opened item can be returned only if it is faulty. IQOS devices carry a one-year warranty, and refunds are paid in cash. The rules are on the returns and refunds page.
Who we deliver to
We sell to adults aged 18 and over who already smoke or use nicotine. TEREA sticks contain nicotine, which is addictive.
