IQOS ILUMA i ONE is the all-in-one model of the ILUMA i range: the heater and the battery are in one piece, with no separate holder or charger. It is sized for a pocket and has an aluminium finish. It belongs to the second ILUMA generation, which the manufacturer launched in Japan in March 2024.
It has AutoStart, so heating begins when you insert the stick, and FlexPuff. It does not have the touch screen, Pause Mode or FlexBattery of the two holder models. Battery level is shown by four lights on the body.

Which sticks it takes
These devices heat TEREA sticks, which have a small metal heating element inside. The device warms the tobacco from within the stick by induction, so there is no blade, and the manufacturer states there is no tobacco residue and no cleaning. They do not take HEETS. Do not use TEREA sticks in IQOS 3 DUO or earlier devices: the manufacturer warns this may damage the device.

Warranty and returns
IQOS ILUMA i ONE carries a one-year warranty when you buy it from us: if it stops working within that time, we replace it. If you change your mind, you can return it unopened within 24 hours of delivery. Details are on the returns and refunds page.

We deliver within 1 hour in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and within 12 hours in the other emirates: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery hours are 7 am to 12 midnight, Dubai time. Delivery is free on orders of AED 300 or more, and AED 30 below that.
